Whether it helps them grow longer or not is something you’ll have to determine for yourself. I have not yet tried this.

Their Grow-lash Complex promotes the appearance of beautifully long, remarkably strong lashes. It combines several natural lash-enhancing ingredients, including Procapil, to strengthen lashes’ roots and increase micro-circulation.

I really do believe this is the best drug store mascara available if you want a lengthening mascara. If you’re looking for the best cheap mascara, I recommend getting this and looking for a rebate with iBotta.

It also includes Biotin to stimulate growth, Biotin Tripeptide to enhance the anchoring of lashes. And, it has caffeine to enhance microcirculation and Lecithin, sodium hyaluronate and arginine to strengthen, hydrate and condition lashes. These are important in a lash boosting mascara.

What I do know is that this mascara went on smoothly without clumping (which I cannot stand!). It separated my lashes as it lengthened them so they look fuller and more natural and it gave me the thickness and length I wanted to make my eyes really pop.

So, according to Rimmel, lashes appear up to 80% longer and with continued use, they look up to 117% longer after just one month. Those are numbers I like! That’s why I consider this one of the best drugstore mascaras.
