Best Seamless Leggings

Leggings are one of the most versatile pieces of clothing in your closet. You can wear them with a long sleeve swing dress or wear them to the gym.

They are really one of my favorite fashionable legwear options.

So, why would I prefer leggings without seams? It’s really all about comfort. One of the reasons that so many women choose leggings is that they are so much more comfortable than pants or jeans.

There are no uncomfortable tight waistbands or snaps digging into your skin. Leggings can provide support and style along with comfort.

But, choosing the right pair is extremely important. The wrong pair of leggings won’t provide the support or comfort that you need.

Are seamless leggings better?

They are my number one choice for fitness wear. Because they lack a seam, they are much more breathable and comfortable.

If your leggings have a seam they are thicker in that area. And, when it’s in an area that’s already sweaty when you exercise, that makes them more uncomfortable.

Plus, breathable clothes help you stay cooler. And, staying cool while I exercise in the summer is a must.

Are seamless leggings more flattering?

They definitely are! They offer a more sculpted look without bumps and lines. And, you can buy a pair with a high waist that will offer added tummy support without showing lines.

What do you wear with seamless leggings?

When it comes to picking underwear to wear with your leggings, it’s important that you choose a pair that is moisture-wicking to help keep you cool. This is what I look for when I shop.

  • Moisture-wicking
  • Tagless
  • Seamless
  • Full coverage
  • Barely there

I know that many women think that wearing a g-string under leggings is the way to keep them seamless but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Wearing a g-string with anything tight can leave you with a wedgie. That’s not a good look for anyone and it’s definitely not comfortable.

How do you stop V shape in leggings?

If you have a v in the crotch of your leggings, there are several things you can do to fix it. Whatever you do, do not go out wearing them the way they are.

  • Buy seamless leggings
  • Wear full coverage seamless underwear
  • Get leggings with a crotch gusset
  • Get thicker leggings
  • Size up one size

Best way to wash leggings

Check the care label on your clothes since that will be the best guide to care for your seamless leggings. I treat mine like my lingerie and wash it on delicate with a gentle detergent and then hang it to dry.

You can also use a lingerie bag in the regular cycle of your washing machine. Just don’t put them in the dryer. That will destroy the fit.

Where else can I buy them?

You should be able to find these in stores like Walmart, Target, and JCPenney.  But you can also find them here:

I really love the added support that I get from Spanx. But, I have heard great things about Fabletics as well.
