Yes! Wearing a contemporary kimono works with almost any body type. They have some gorgeous plus-sized kimonos that fall gracefully while being very comfortable.
Because they are not form-fitting, this is an ideal choice for anyone who is trying to hide weight gain or is self-conscious about their body.

Can you wear a kimono with a jumpsuit?
You can certainly wear one over a jumpsuit or a summer romper. If you’ll be wearing a longer jumpsuit, opt for a longer kimono. A romper goes well with one that is shorter.
Can I wear a kimono with jeans?
Definitely! This is one of my favorite ways to wear a kimono. Why not wear a pair of white sneakers, a casual white t-shirt, your favorite pair of jeans, and a floral kimono. All you need is a straw bag or tote and you have a great summer outfit. Check out a few of my favorites here.
