Love the chevron trend? Is it still in style? The chevron fashion trend will always be in style. It’s a classic print that creates a zig-zag pattern using Vs.

 

Chevron Trend 

Chevron print is a retro-inspired pattern of connected V’s. It was very popular in the 1970s and has lately made a comeback.

It has been named a top fashion trend for several years and even Giambattista Valli showcased a few fun Chevron pieces during the Paris Fashion Week. 

Of course, not everyone can pull off head to toe Chevron. That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the latest chevron fashion trend this year has to offer.

Kate Hudson looked stunning in a Luis Vuitton poncho that showed off the chevron fashion trend. This could easily be incorporated into a dressy or more casual outfit.

Instead of opting for a maxi dress or pantsuit that’s entirely chevron, try a few cute chevron accessories to accent your favorite outfit.

Is chevron in style?

Chevron is a classic pattern that has been in style for years. While it may not dominate as much this year, you still see celebrities and fashion icons wearing it which means that it is still in style.

If you’re not comfortable wearing chevron as the main pattern in your outfit, you can try an accent piece like a bag or a necklace. This chevron necklace is stunning.

Best way to wear the chevron fashion trend

I tend to opt for accessories and pair them with a more classic look. I hate when I buy a key piece like a dress or slacks and then they aren’t in style next year. 

When you buy accessories, you can enjoy wearing chevon with every outfit. But, you can still wear chevron print clothes or a chevon maxi skirt as well. Just don’t redo your entire wardrobe.

I’ve paired a classic white shirt with a pair of black pants. Or, a chevron cardigan looks stylish with a pair of jeans.
