What’s most important is that you stick to a routine that you feel comfortable following. It needs to be simple enough for you to follow consistently or it won’t be helpful. As I get older, I find that simple is easier for me to follow. 

Now, one of the most important things to consider when choosing products for your skin care routine is how your skin feels after starting it. Pay attention to how your skin feels when you touch it and whether or not you are more or less prone to breakouts.

Over 40, dull skin can be a real concern so I look for products that leave my skin with a healthy, younger appearance. Here are a few things I think are a vital part of my routine.
