Prom season is enough to make any young woman’s heart flutter. After all, there is the man of her dreams, beautiful flowers, romantic music and a dress she’ll remember all of her life. To this day, I remember both of the proms I attended. My first prom dress was a floor-length, soft pink dress with a lace jacket and just enough of a fitted look to draw attention from the boy I was with. My second prom dress was a bit more daring. Still floor-length but black with a layered look and a slit up the side. I can still close my eyes and remember each dance.

Affordable Prom Dresses
While the cost of my prom dress wasn’t really something I was worried about, I’m sure that my parents were searching for affordable prom dresses. I was more concerned with matching my shoes and my bag and whether or not my hair would cooperate. While we definitely want our daughters to look stunning at their proms, we don’t want to have to break the bank to do it.
JJs House has a beautiful selection of prom dresses that are not only stunning but also affordable. I’m partial to floor-length prom dresses myself but they also have beautiful dresses that fall a bit higher. I love the choices they have at JJ’s House. There are dresses suitable for a wide range of body shapes and ages. When I attended my first prom, I was fourteen and the dress I wore as quite a bit different than the one I attended when I was seventeen. Whether you want a dress that is soft and feminine or fun and flirty, you will find many to choose from.
The site is very easy to shop because you can select the different options that are important to you. There are options for the type of dress, season, color, size, price, and even celebrity style. For those of us in cooler climates, it’s also helpful that they have options to select whether a wrap is included and the type of sleeves and straps. Prom here takes place in March and there is still snow on the ground. I love being able to search for dresses that have a bit of a sleeve to them.
