  1. Having $1000 would be amazing because- I usually only spend about $20-50 at a time, buying one piece at a time. The problem with that is I end up with lots of pieces of clothes but none of them really go that well together. I have watched some makeover shows and they say that it’s better to buy whole outfits so that you don’t end up like me, with lots of pieces but nothing to wear
I also lost a little weight and my clothes don’t fit quite right. They’re either too tight (bought online) or too big. So between nothing matching too good and nothing fitting good. I never have anything to wear! Or I feel uncomfortable in it.
I really need some pants that are age appropriate as well.

  2. I would buy a couple jeans, shorts, skirts and dresses and then a ton of shirts! 🙂 Also i would buy a new pair of shoes, after having three children your pretty ness starts to fade. Well for me it has and this would be a blessing to win!

  3. If I had $1,000 I would make over my wardrobe with ThredUp. Just last week I snagged 2 pairs of corduroys, 1 pair of jeans, 1 pair of casual pants and 5 shirts/sweaters all from major brand names like DKNY, Banana Republic and American Eagle for $51.00 shipped! If I had $1,000, though, imagine what I could get with that.

Since my day job requires us to wear business casual, I would probably step up my game and by nice slacks from Banana Republic and J. Crew because I love the way they fit. I’d also stock up on cute tops for all seasons and I’d make sure I had at least 10 pairs of jeans from American Eagle. I could have an entire year’s wardrobe from ThredUp for $1,000. I’d definitely replace many of my shoes and boots and add in some handbags.

I might splurge (ok I would definitely splurge) and snag some designer brands from the new ThredUp X. I wore a dress for the first time in about a decade this year, so I’d probably add some dresses in, too!

Then again, the THRILL of shopping in-store with $1,000 might just take over and so I can get my hands on some new pieces IMMEDIATELY! Who likes waiting?

  4. o wow now that is a hard question i think i would start off with a new bra so i wouldnt be moving all the time trying to fix it and a few pair of pants and a few blouse’s and some belts and some braclets and then i would buy some throw on jackets like blue in color i suppose that would be it i think and id get my hair colored to hide all the gray

  5. I am 25 years old and I have had two babies in the past couple years. I want to update my wardrobe to still look young but more sophisticated and grown up.

  6. i would buy some nicely fitting jeans, some comfortable and practical shoes, and a super cute warm winter coat.

  7. This would be a gift for someone. They give so much of themselves and never consider what they need so I would let them choose something for themselves for a change. Thank you

  8. If I had $1, 000 to makeover my wardrobe, I would purchase some clothing that fits well, at least better than what I have in my closet right now.

  9. I’d probably buy a couple pairs of jeans first. Then I’d find some hot heels and long sweaters to match…. My fall wardrobe is really lacking long sweaters right now.

  10. I am about to have surgery to remove extra skin after a drastic weight loss. I am going to need all new clothes. ALL NEW CLOTHES. I am excited and nervous all at the same time!

  11. I would love to get more clothes for work that are dressy yet comfortable and stylish (if that is possible). lol

  12. I need clothes badly. I’m a disabled single mom struggling to make ends meet. I have 2 teen daughters and their needs come first. I have two pairs of leggings and pajama pants I’ve had for over 3 years. I know winter is coming so I’d love to have jeans or other thick pants.

  13. I WOULD GET CLOTHES THAT ACTUALLY FIT LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO.  I HAVEN’T BOUGHT ANY NEW CLOTHES IN AWHILE!!

  14. I would go through my closet and donate what ever I dont like anymore. And go shopping a whole day.

  15. I would go through my closet and really get rid of all the clothes I haven’t worn, in the past couple years. Get things I like and some new shoes!!

  16. I would buy jeans that shape my body the right way. A good pair of jeans and a nice pair of earrings can make all the difference in how you feel

  17. My wardrobe is in sad shape… I’ve gained and then lost weight over the last couple of years, and I haven’t replaced my clothes, so nothing really fits right. I’d love to buy some really well-made things that work for my changing body.

  18. It would make me feel so much more confident. I would really like someone to help me find things that fit my body type as well as my age

  19. If I win the first thing I would purchase is new underwear,,,my family comes first so been putting off my own needs. As far as my clothing,,,BAD shape with a capitol B. My biggest purchase of the last 6 months was new sweat pants..

  20. I would buy a mix of sexy tops and dresses along with some nice jeans and casual, but nice tops. This way I’d have outfits for days when I’m just hanging out at home (or having a casual day out with friend), as well as for the nights (and days too), when I’m going out for something special.

  21. I would put together a wardrobe that could allow me to dress up or dress down but still look classy thru out the whole year by just adding or taking away a few pieces. The more universal options the further the choices can last.

  22. I would buy classicpieces for tops and bottoms and then get a lot of accessories, shoes and bags to make multiple mix and mathc looks!

  23. That would be a dream come true i could actually create a wardrobe and throw out all my old clothing i hardly ever buy a new piece of clothing
