I’m going to be totally honest with you right now and tell you that I am completely addicted to shoes. Flats, sandals, boots, sneakers. You name it, I love shoes. Some shoes can be boring like the athletic shoes you wear to the gym or the fuzzy slippers you put on at the end of a long day. Some shoes are fun like these cute red boots I received for a feature on this site from Dizzy Sandals.

Shoes are Fun

Since it’s the middle of winter in Vermont, as much as I was tempted by their super cute sandals, I decided to go with a pair of boots. I just didn’t want to have to wait until July when the weather warms up enough for sandals. I’m going to have to check out Dizzy Sandals again when the weather warms up because their sandals are just adorable! So many cute colors and styles.
These Regan boots are technically rain boots but they worked well for me in the snow as well with a pair of fuzzy socks. They have a man made sole, upper and lining with a one inch heel. They are perfect for walking in the snow and the sole has great traction. The Regan boots are available in black, white, beige and red and are available in sizes 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. I traditionally wear and eight and a half and chose a size nine so that I could wear heavy socks under them. They fit perfectly.
I am completely in love with the cute sparkly shoe laces. After all, shoe laces should be fun too, right?

First, I love that these boots came from a brand called ‘Dizzy Sandals’ it’s so quirky, I love it. Second, the color is beautiful, especially in the snowy surroundings, and I love that they are weather appropriate!

Those boots you have on are adorable. They look pink in the picture but see they are really red. I think I would choose the same pair you have, the Regan in Red. I don’t have any boots and after the snow and ice we had a week ago and more to come this winter, I know I need a pair pretty bad!
