Easy Nail Design – Two Toned Nail Polish
I love fall colors and finding an easy nail design that works two fall colors into one look is even better. I used two colors from the Sally Hansen 2015 line of designer inspired shades. There are three different designers that inspired these fall shades:
Sally Hansen Concrete Jungle
Prabal Gurung launched his eponymous collection in February 2009 with a philosophy encompassing modern luxury, bold femininity and an astute sense of glamor. The exclusive Prabal Gurung for Sally Hansen collection includes Complete Salon Manicure in Midnight Affair, Complete Salon Manicure in Leaf Peeper, Complete Salon Manicure in Concrete Jungle.

Sally Hansen Yummy Yam
Perfect for the modern woman, Tracy Reese’s debut showcased ultra-feminine, polished pieces layered with intelligent nostalgia, charm, and glamor; a distinctive look that the designer has since become known for. The exclusive Tracy Reese for Sally Hansen collection includes Complete Salon Manicure in Yummy Yam, Complete Salon Manicure in Maasai Red, Complete Salon Manicure in Winter Sky.

Sally Hansen Gold Glass
Sisters Kate and Laura Mulleavy launched Rodarte in 2005 and quickly became known as the go-to house for couture, known for their intricate hand stitching and romantic details. The exclusive Sally Hansen inspired by Rodarte collection includes Complete Salon Manicure in Gold Glass, Complete Salon Manicure in Beige Glass, Complete Salon Manicure in Rose Glass.
I had the opportunity to receive two shades from Sally Hansen that were part of the 2015 line of designer inspired shades. I chose Gold Glass by Kate and Laura Mulleavy and Yummy Yam by Tracy Reese. Both shades compliment each other and work perfectly in this easy nail design.
How do you do two toned nail polish?
To get this easy nail design, begin with two coats of Yummy Yam. Allow it to dry completely. So what’s the trick? Very carefully, apply a strip of blue painter’s tape over the bottom diagonal half of each nail. Follow with two coats of Gold Glass. Remove the tape immediately and allow to dry completely. That’s all there is to it!
Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure delivers seven salon manicure steps in one bottle. Chip resistant strength joins gel-quality shine. Must-have color meets nourishing benefits. Plus, a built-in base and top coat, it’s everything you need to achieve a professional manicure at home. These limited-edition colors will be available beginning September 2015 for $7.99 each.
What two nail colors look good together?
