Many businesses and organizations get together to raise awareness and educate individuals about breast cancer during October. Most people are aware of breast cancer, but many forget to be certain they have a plan to detect breast cancer in its early stages and encourage others to do the same.
Support Breast Cancer Awareness
SeneGence International – the creator of LipSense long-lasting lip color and other products has announced the LipSense shade “Kiss for a Cause” to raise money for Breast Cancer research.
This color is not in stock at LipSense right now, but you can check Amazon for Lipsense products.
From now through October 31, SeneGence will donate a portion of their profits from the sales of Kiss for a Cause through their non-profit Make Sense Foundation to support breast cancer awareness.
Army Pink LipSense is a long-lasting liquid lip color that is kiss-proof and smudge-proof. These lead-free colors stay on for up to 18 hours and are available in over 50 different shades.
LipSense shades can also be combined to create hundreds of different custom colors. Kiss for a Cause is a bold pink/purple shade with a bit of shimmer.
LipSense lip colors are applied as a two step process. First comes the color and then you apply a moisturizing gloss as a second step. If you make a mistake, there is an Ooops! Remover you can use to remove any mistakes.
You can apply from one to three layers of the lip color depending on how bold you want the color to be. Allow the gloss to try for ten to fifteen seconds and then finish with the LipSense Gloss.
The finishing gloss will remove any tacky feeling from your lips.
LipSense is more than just color, the shea butter in LipSense Gloss will help to restore moisture with regular use and will help keep your lips moist and plump. I love how long-lasting the LipSense colors are. No more worries about my lip color coming off on my coffee cups!

I had no idea that a finishing gloss would take away that tacky feeling. Love what they are doing for Breast Cancer Awareness.
That is a happy color! I really love how so many companies support Breast Cancer eradication in this way – in October and all year round.
I love companies that support the fight of cancer! Love the colors, how do you like it?
I need to apply it with a very light stroke since it’s such a bright color but I love how long it lasts!
I did not know there was such a thing as finishing gloss. Good to know. I will buy to support breast cancer research as an added bonus.
My grandmother had breast cancer at 86 and she beat it!
I’ve never heard of Lip Sense, but I love that it is long wear, and the brand is supporting this cause!
It’s always nice to see companies and people working together to support and raise awareness for such a great cause like breast cancer! It makes me truly believe that with all the effort, one day there WILL be a cure. In the mean time we’re all making a big difference 🙂
I have the hardest time finding lipsticks that I like. But I think these would be perfect since they look subtle enough. Also I love the fact that it is giving back and supporting a good cause. – Katy
It is a great color AND a great cause! I’ve worn Lipsense for 11 years and enjoy layering different colors together to create my own look. Try a LipSense in Blu-Red followed by Kiss For A Cause for a deeper purple pink or layer it with a lighter color like Cappuccino for a softer, lighter pink! Thanks for sharing!
I love that they’re supporting breast cancer awareness with a product that women can actually use. Great post!
What a great color and for such a fantastic cause!
Shea butter sounds amazing and relaxing – awww, awesomness
always love lip products and it is great to see brands giving back! Thanks for the info!
Luv It and Army Pink are the other LipSense colors that support causes through MakeSense Foundation. Great colors for those shy about hot pink.
