My Style: Spring Performance Wear

Staying active is important to me but I need spring performance wear that is both comfortable and stylish. Let’s face it, I exercise to look good. Sure I want to be healthy too but if someone told me I could be completely healthy and never exercise, I’d jump at the chance. 

My Style: Spring Performance Wear

When I exercise I choose spring performance wear that allows me to move in comfort with no binding or chaffing.  I also look for styles that help hide imperfections and accent assets. Just like I have a little help hiding the grey hair (thanks Madison Reed), I need a little bit of support with my performance wear.

Leggings are multi-purpose in my wardrobe. They look super cute under a long top or dress but in the spring, you are most likely to see me wearing leggings as performance wear. They are perfect to wear while walking or riding my bike.  When I’m geocaching, they are comfortable enough to wear when climbing and cute enough to wear just in case I run into someone I know.
