I have always struggled with my complexion. In high school, I had acne and as I got older, I developed rosacea. When I look for a foundation, I always try to find one that offers full coverage so I can hide the damage to my skin. Because I have rosacea, I need a product that is gentle on my skin. I prefer products that are chemical free and as safe for our environment as possible. When I heard of Mineral Hygenics, I was intrigued.

All Natural Mineral Hygienics Review
Mineral Hygenics is a line of super lightweight mineral makeup. It is 100% pure minerals and contains only four ingredients. It is specially designed for sensitive skin and won’t settle into fine lines and wrinkles. These are all things that are very important to me as I age. Mineral Hygenics also offers chemical free SPF sun protection and helps protect the skin from oxidative stress.
I received:
- Sheer mineral foundation FAIR & FAIREST. Both would work well for my complexion depending on what time of year it is. During the summer, I get a bit more sun than during the winter.
- Sheer perfection SILK TRANSLUSCENT. This is a finishing powder that is applied over the foundation.
- Mineral enhancer COOL KISS. This is a bronzer intended for those with cool skin tones.
- Kabuki brush. A super soft brush meant to apply the Mineral Hygenics.
I love the coverage and look of the Mineral Hygenics products. They are easy to apply and gave my skin a very fresh look. I was worried that the powder would look cakey on but it doesn’t. It gave me great coverage without any kind of build up or flaking and I think the final result was one that was very natural. I had never used a Kabuki brush before but it was the perfect brush to apply the Mineral Hygienics products. I absolutely love Mineral Hygenics! That is the brand of mineral make up I currently use and i love how it really evens my skin tone.

I’m always concerned why trying new make-up that I will have an allergic reaction, but this sounds like a great product! I might just have to try it out!
I’ve tried a lot of mineral cosmetics brands, but never Mineral Hygenics. I wonder if they’re stocked at my local Sephora, I will have to keep an eye out now!

I much prefer a nice, loose mineral makeup, too. I find it covers much better than using those pads that come in the compact.
