In 2008, he launched a second cosmetic line. The Napoleon Perdis set is now available at over 1600 Target stores as well as at 180 Target Australia stores. It’s inspired by the world’s fashion capitals with exuberant colors and sophisticated looks that are easy to use. The collection is 98% paraben-free and boasts organic benefits as well.

Napoleon Perdis is retailed at Dillard’s and Stage Stores and is also sold at 370 Ulta Stores as well as selection retailers including Planet Beauty, Amazon, Zappos, Beauty.com, Soap.com and Dermstore.com. You can also find them at high profile tourist destinations like the Palms in Las Vegas.

Napoleon Perdis has recently introduced 12 ultra glossy lip glosses to create a perfectly matched set with their Chandelier Shine nail polishes. The set retails for $15.00. Colors range from a soft French Pink to the darker hues of Voodoo.  The Lip Gloss has marine collagen and delivers lip repairing properties while keeping lips moist.  The nail polish contains UV protectors which helps prevent yellowing and nail hardening.

I found the Chandelier Shine nail polish by Napoleon Perdis to be very long lasting. It went on smoothly and gave me good coverage with only one coat.  I love the coordinating lip gloss. The color was sheer with a tint of the voodoo color. It glided on smoothly and wasn’t at all sticky. I love the fact that it coordinates as a set. It’s so hard to find good quality lip gloss and nail polish that coordinates. Highly recommend the addition of this set to your cosmetic bag.
