I’m pretty basic with my make up. I wear cover up, foundation, sometimes primer, a relatively neutral eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara. If my nails don’t have a gel polish on them, I do them myself with usually a pink, gloss or purple shade. While my daughter is very experimental in her make up, I’m not really all that adventurous. I’ve been doing it this way for so long that I don’t think about changing it.
I received a Revlon Expressions Experiment Kit that allowed me to step out of the box and try a new look. It’s so empowering to know that I don’t have to stick with what I’ve always been doing. I can rock the latest looks. I received a variety of products including a primer, eye primer, two eyeshadow palletes, two lipstick, a lip gloss and three nail polish.
The primer & eyeprimer were exactly my colors and worked perfectly to give my skin a more polished look. The eyeshadows were in bright colors that were new to me. The lip products were in reds and I received a base coat, top coat and bright orange nail polish. I decided to try out a new eyeshadow look that was a bit out of my comfort zone.
