I have been trying to get in better physical shape. I walk and bike ride and set certain goals for myself as far as distance and time. It isn’t easy to stay focused to achieve those goals. Some days, they seem a lot harder to reach than others. I often wonder if other people notice that I am getting in better shape and working toward improving my health.
