If you haven’t guessed by now, I’m a huge fragrance fanatic. I love wearing different fragrances depending on my mood and the occasion. I recently learned about a new perfume called FCUK late night. Before you think I don’t know how to type, FCUK stands for French Connection UK. In 2003, the first FCUK fragrance was released and since then, the line has expanded to include ten different fragrances for both men and women. FCUK late night is their latest perfume for 2012 and comes in both a variety for men and women.

FCUK late night for women
FCUK late night for women is a eau de toilette with both floral and fruity notes. Fragrance notes include Bergamot, Freesia, Fruits, Jasmine, Musk, Pink grapefruit, Rose, Vanilla, Cedar. For me, the most notable notes were a woodsy note from the cedar that is mellowed just a bit by a touch of vanilla and citrus. It’s a nice soft fragrance that would work well for casual day or night wear. I noticed the fragrance for about four hours after I applied it.
FCUK late night for men
FCUK late night for men is a eau de toilette with notes of crisp pear, pomegranate, lavender, Italian citrus, fennel, patchouli, tonka, vetiver and clove bud. I definitely noticed the fruity notes in this scent but the combination of the spicier scents mellowed it out and really gave it a nice, casual masculine feel. Overall it’s a very fresh fragrance I’d recommend for casual day time wear. I noticed the scent for five or six our hours after it was applied – slightly longer than the version for women.
I definitely enjoyed both fragrances. The packaging and bottle design probably appeals most to a younger audience but the scent itself could easily be worn by any age group. Definitely a fragrance I’ll be using over and over again and I look forward to trying a few other scents from this brand.

I did a double take when I saw the title…very clever branding on their part. where is it sold…department stores/drug stores?
I didn’t know that they had perfumes thought that they were just a clothing company in Europe. I guess that would be one way teens could get past the rule imposed at many schools that they can’t wear the clothing with logo across it they can say oh it’s FCUK perfume.
The only place I have found it is on Amazon. There’s a link in the text of the review that will take you to it. You can also purchase it from the site: http://www.fcukfragrance.com/
I haven’t used perfumes for a few years, but these look pretty awesome – pretty and trendy. Will check em out on Amazon
The packaging is so modern and youthful- I’ve been wanting to get a sample of this fragrance, their others are very bold. They wear a little heavy, but last all day.
I love the packaging. I have not used perfumes in awhile but these look great!
LOL, they have a seductive name. I’ll have to see what it smells like the next time I’m in the store.
I’ve seen this in Shoppers Drug Mart stores in Canada. I really like the packaging and will have to take a sniff next time I see it.
that packaging is neat! you know, i haven’t worn perfume in forever!!
