Valentine’s Day means chocolates for many people and my husband is definitely one of those people. He looks forward to those heart shaped boxes of candy as Valentine’s Day draws closer. He doesn’t want just any box of candy.  He knows what quality chocolates taste like and that is what he wants.  I was able to introduce him to Ethel M Chocolates this year and he’s very glad I did.

Ethel M Chocolates

Ethel M Chocolates

At Ethel M Chocolates, they use the same chocolate making traditions established by Frank and Ethel Mars. They create their chocolates in small batches using some of the same recipes they once did. They use only the finest ingredients and don’t ever use preservatives in their chocolates. This gives them a rich and unique texture that makes them stand out from the rest.  Ethel M.® Chocolates is supportive of the Mars’ sustainability initiatives that include Cocoa Sustainability efforts, Renewable Energy Initiatives and the larger “Sustainable In a Generation” objectives. They work to minimize their impact on climate change and support a sustainable cocoa supply for generations.

We received a 13″ box of Ethel M Chocolates which includes 28 pieces of gourmet chocolate.  This limited edition collection includes solid and center-filled hearts, and a collection of crunchy pecan toffee crisps, both creamy and chewy caramels, as well as fresh Vanilla, Lemon, and Raspberry Satin Cremes. There is literally something for everyone included in this box. I love the variety that they include. Of course, everyone got to try a few pieces so we could choose our favorites.
